Barry Lawson Williams

Mr. Williams is retired Managing General Partner of Williams Pacific Ventures, Inc. (business investment and consulting) and also has served as President of that company since 1987. He has been a general partner in various real estate joint ventures located primarily within Pacific Gas and Electric Company's service territory. Mr. Williams has been a director of Pacific Gas and Electric Company since 1990 and a director of PG&E Corporation since 1996. He also is a director of Navient (loan management, servicing, and asset recovery; formerly SLM Corporation), and CH2M Hill Companies, Ltd. (engineering). Mr. Williams previously served on the Board of Trustees of The Northwestern Mutual Life Company.
